Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

No, it’s up to you. Many clients are away—just let us know how you’d like us to access your home.

Do you bring supplies and equipment?

Yes. We bring all supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use certain products (e.g., stone-safe cleaners), leave them out with a note.

What should I do before the cleaners arrive?

Please pick up toys and clothing, take care of dishes, and clear the surfaces and floors you want cleaned. Decluttering, dishes, laundry, and pet waste are not included in our home cleaning service.

How will my estimate be calculated?

We use your property details, cleaning needs, selected services, and the overall condition of the space to prepare a detailed estimate after you submit your request. Once you approve it, we confirm availability and finalize the scheduled date and time.

Can I add additional services later?

Yes. Select them in the request form so they can be included in your estimate, or contact us before the appointment. Added work may change the estimate, visit length, or availability, so it needs to be confirmed first.

How and when can I pay?

After your cleaning is complete, we will send you an invoice. Payment can be made by e-transfer.

Do I get the same cleaner every time?

We do our best to send the same trusted cleaner or team so they can learn your home and preferences. We cannot always guarantee it because of scheduling or availability.

Are pets okay during the clean?

Absolutely. Please share any special instructions. For anxious pets, we recommend a quiet space while we work.

What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Fees may apply depending on how much notice you provide and the service booked.

How can I contact you?

Email admin@zenzonecleaning.com or call/text 705-242-1166. We are happy to help with any questions.

We believe your home should be your sanctuary

Life is busy enough. Let us handle the cleaning so you can focus on what truly matters—creating memories in a space that feels perfectly yours.

Our Story

Zen Zone Cleaning was built on one simple belief: a clean home should feel like a calm retreat. Long before Zen Zone officially existed, Daleen carried that belief with her. For her, cleaning was never just about dusting or scrubbing — it was about transforming ordinary spaces into something fresh, balanced, and truly zen.

As her reputation for reliable, detail-oriented service grew, so did the demand. In 2022, Daleen partnered with Marinus to officially found Zen Zone Cleaning Services Inc. With his background in technology, Marinus introduced systems that made the process effortless for clients — from booking to communication to quality assurance. That partnership marked the true beginning of Zen Zone.

Soon after, Zen Zone Cleaning expanded into a dedicated team of professionals who share the same passion for detail and client care. Every member is trained not only to deliver spotless results, but also to create the sense of calm and balance that comes with stepping into a freshly cleaned home.

Today, Zen Zone Cleaning is still family-run, now with a growing team and one mission: to give every client more than a clean house. We create spaces that feel lighter, calmer, and stress-free — a true zen zone.

Because when your home is taken care of, you're free to focus on what truly matters.

Since 2022
